Appointed someone in between himself and the day to day running of the football side of things in Munn.

Presumably via Munn, the club/Levy put in place a technical director in Lange to oversee the transfer department.

Transfer department increases in size with multiple appointments to roles in specific areas (presumably via Munn or Lange) so this part of the club now actually resembles other top clubs in terms of number personnel with areas of expertise.

Spending continues to increase, post stadium we were generally around 4th/5th highest spenders, last couple of years it appears it's only batshit Bohley who is outspending us - and we're doing that without CL money filling the coffers.

*********

In terms of what managements is directly responsible for they are now absoloutely making all the right moves off the pitch - the key to success on the pitch now relies on the transfer department identifying and bringing in the right players and the coaching & management team making the best of those players.

That’s an embarrassingly early melt you’ve had there. Expected it after a couple of games, not an hour.

He's stayed true to form - he's always embarrassing.

Never noticed before to be honest. Certainly had a dozen or so suspects that I expected to go early.

Were they all manager backed signings or club signings?

Another season where we hope city stop Woolwich . & we will see it as acceptable finishing within 20 points of them whilst winning nothing. Sad times

Manager's been backed, he said so himself.

I remember Jose clearly stating that he wasn't fully backed. Giving examples like Skriniar or Kim Min Jae.

Didn't Conte also say Spence and other signings were club signings?

Probably but Ange has owned these signings, he's already said this numerous times.

I am sick to the hind teeth of Levy and co training our players. They have no cause to be putting our players through their paces.

Got to be the reason for our incoherence.

Nobody denies he spends money. He just spends it for the wrong reasons, on the wrong profile of players.

United have signed 4 players that can make a difference straight away. All we ever buy is potential.

Zirzkee and Yoro are players who can make a difference even though they're both teenagers?

The last CB and ST we signed are both older than them?

I think it's a bit overstated that we only sign kids - he's signed 18 players under Ange and 6 have been between 16-21

Well, if he is fully backed, he better win something. Hopefully, but not feeling confident after that opener.
